Long time ago, Lakota was one of the most famous clubs in the UK, known for featuring Superstars of house, techno and jungle from across the UK and around the world. As most other venues are trying to appeal to the masses, Blue Mountain stays true to its roots in a humble and reassuring way. Two rooms and a large covered outdoor terrace are linked by a helical, narrow staircase. When the dance floor gets packed the crowd overflows to the terrace. The venue could do with a good revamp, but this isn't a club you visit to show off your designer clothes, but rather a place to rave and go wild!
